Canadian home resales improved 41.5 per cent year over year to 42,288 units in October, a record for the month, according to the Canadian Real Estate Association.

The national average price for homes listed on the Multiple Listing Service also reached a new high in October at $341,079. This was 20.7 per cent higher than the same month last year.

Hiya everyone

Just to tell you we received a letter from Canadian High Commission today asking for us to now update our documents (yet again) and that we have 60 days......it won't take us 60 days...forms are done....did them this morning...just waiting for the Police checks we sent off for two weeks ago...then they can have it all back. At least we now have a named designated visa officer....and things are now 'back in process' We will have to see how long it takes from here on in
